Financial success

If you’re a woman entrepreneur who is working hard but struggling financially with your business, you’re not alone.

Many women wrestle with questions like, “Do I truly deserve financial success?” “Is growth what I really want?” “Am I sacrificing my family by pursuing my business dreams?” As a result, fewer women pursue growth, take on higher-risk ventures, or seek further investment especially through venture capital.

This is sometimes seen as cautious but at Wyseminds, we see it as a strength. Focusing on long-term success and sustainable growth is a critical quality in today’s market.

It is important however to find a way of overcoming a common block that many women founders experience and that’s your attitude to finance.

Creating change through action

Research shows that women’s financial struggles are often tied to confidence rather than capability. We all have deep-seated beliefs about money, many of which hold us back. But it is possible to develop financial confidence and freedom by learning to shift your mindset.

Let’s make being risk averse a positive attribute – by unlocking a new way of seeing things, you will be able to better seize the opportunities that come your way.

Never before has there been a time like the present for women to create thriving businesses from inspiring ideas. Information is freely available and support is out there.

Our Money and Financial Success course is one such resource which we’re launching in partnership with women’s finance specialist Sandra Boekhoudt from Wealthy Wise Women.

Sandra’s advice centres on women’s financial problems having nothing to do with knowledge and skills, and more to do with behaviour, thoughts and emotions.

Her tips and expertise have proved valuable to participants like entrepreneur Shapol Majid, who runs an eLearning platform that’s going from strength to strength. Here’s what Shapol has to say (in photo doing the course):

During the course, I met myself in a deep way. It made me reflect on how I see life, why I do things the way I do, and what patterns I have in my life and business…. It gave me the chance to stop and think about this complex thing called money. I really recommend this course to every entrepreneur who wants to understand money better and develop a healthier mindset about it.

Financial planning for women-led businesses

If you, like Shapol, think you could benefit from reviewing your deeply-held ideas on money, our Money and Financial Success programme, designed by women for women, could be your answer. The course covers these 6 topics:

  1. Financial success – a clear path to achieving the financial rewards you deserve.
  2. Business growth: step by step strategies to grow your business effectively and sustainably.
  3. Confidence in decision-making: clarity on your business value, empowering you to make wise investments and growth decisions.
  4. Practical tools: easy to use time saving tools and processes designed for your busy schedule allowing you to immediately apply what you learn to your business.
  5. Sustainability: the ability to create a thriving future-ready business with lasting impact.
  6. Personal fulfillment: a sense of reward and satisfaction from turning your passion into real financial success.

Studies suggest that overcoming limiting beliefs about money can significantly improve financial outcomes for women entrepreneurs. The more women can overcome these common challenges and grow their ideas into flourishing businesses, the more we can flood the market with opportunities that cannot be ignored.
